SABI-POWER is an ambitious initiative aimed at transforming lives in Sierra Leone’s remote areas by delivering affordable, sustainable electricity. In too many villages across the country, families still live in darkness after sunset, unable to study, work, or feel secure at night. SABI-POWER is here to change that - by bringing light where it’s most needed.

Our approach is simple yet innovative: we design and build small-scale solar power plants sized to match the specific needs of each village. Rather than a one-size-fits-all model, each installation is carefully scaled to serve the local population efficiently, ensuring no resources are wasted.

To make the project as affordable and sustainable as possible, we tap into a growing global surplus of used but still high-quality solar equipment, batteries, and components that would otherwise go to waste. By sourcing and re-purposing this equipment from developed countries, we significantly reduce costs without compromising reliability or performance.

SABI-POWER empowers entire communities to light up their homes, power essential devices, improve education, support local businesses, and enjoy a better quality of life — all while promoting renewable energy and minimizing environmental impact.
